The Town of Dunstable announced Oct. 21 that the Community Preservation Committee will hold its annual public outreach hearing on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026, at 6 p.m. at Dunstable Town Hall.

According to the announcement, public outreach is a key responsibility of the Community Preservation Committee, and the committee is required to hold a public hearing each year to collect feedback on the town's priorities for community preservation.

Community Preservation Act funding can be used for affordable housing, historical preservation, and conservation and recreation projects. The announcement states that this funding "provides invaluable support to Dunstable for many important projects that would otherwise go unfunded."

The committee is asking residents to share their ideas and attend the hearing. "We welcome your ideas and input. Please join us," the announcement said.
