DUNSTABLE — The Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend favorable approval of Dunstable's 10-year Open Space and Recreation Plan to the Selectboard, with a letter of support to be included. Michael Asciola of the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments presented the plan, covering goals, inventory, accessibility, farmland preservation, programming, stewardship, and climate resilience. In separate business, the Board heard preliminary subdivision "Lovewell Farms" at 1177 Main Street, a three-lot development presented by applicant Jared Davis and engineer Dan Carr, P.E., with six requested waivers; the Board expressed safety concerns and the applicant agreed to redesign, with the matter returning on February 2 or February 17.
