DUNSTABLE — Planning Board approves ADU bylaw, continues major projects. The Dunstable Planning Board unanimously approved amendments to the town's accessory dwelling unit bylaw and voted to proceed toward a required public hearing. The board also unanimously approved a Tier I Land Disturbance Permit for 775 Main Street, where applicants plan to demolish a circa-1945 cape home and build a new four-bedroom dwelling.

The board continued review of the Lovewell Farms three-lot subdivision at 1177 Main Street to March 16, deferring decision on six requested waivers, particularly around road grade and safety standards. The board also approved an Approval Not Required for a town land transfer to the Evangelical Congregational Church of Dunstable.
