DUNSTABLE — Planning Board unanimously approved a $3,000 engineering task order for a land disturbance permit review at 125 Thorndike Street. The Tier 1 permit concerns a driveway and culvert installation exceeding the 22,000-square-foot threshold; the applicant had not been aware of the requirement. The Town Engineer found the application substantially complete except for required specifications on the permeable gravel type used in construction.

The Board instructed the applicant to submit a gradation report with sieve analysis to verify compliance with permeability standards, noting that the building permit will not be released until the Town Engineer issues final sign-off. The Board also unanimously returned $0.71 in remaining 53G project funds to the applicant for 1177 Main Street.
