Conservation Commission Issues Pool Replacement Conditions

Conservation Commission approved pool replacement conditions and barn location variance.

Conservation Commission · Meeting of August 10, 2026

DUNSTABLE — Conservation Commission approved pool replacement conditions and barn location variance. The board voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions for an in-ground pool at 60 Sky Top Lane, requiring existing pool water be removed by tanker and properly disposed of, accepting a Notice of Intent from Norse Environmental Services on behalf of Kranthi Adulapuram. The board unanimously authorized Chair Alan Chaney to submit a Zoning Board of Appeals variance letter supporting an alternative barn location at 157 Forest Street, which members found would better protect nearby wetland resource areas than the original site.
