DUNSTABLE — The Dunstable Conservation Commission authorized release of a building permit for a sunroom and porch at 161 Pleasant Street on July 27, finding the project within its existing footprint and outside required buffer zones. Chair Alan Chaney led the four-member meeting, with members Kate DeLoureiro and Alan Starbird absent. The Commission identified three other properties requiring Notice of Intent filings: 215 Pleasant Street for a proposed pizza shop, 309 Main Street for a new dwelling, and 157 Forest Street for a proposed barn.
The Commission scheduled a site visit to 157 Forest Street for August 8. Members also supported a volunteer-developed DunstableTrails.org website to document town conservation properties, pending approval by Senior Services.
