Dunstable Conservation Commission approved landscape conditions for 157 Off Pond Street unanimously.
Conservation Commission · Meeting of January 12, 2026
Dunstable Conservation Commission approved landscape conditions for 157 Off Pond Street unanimously. Revised plans submitted by Norse Environmental Services for property owner S. Demers reduced impervious surface in the 60-foot buffer by approximately 160 square feet through removal of stones and replacement with grass, gravel, and clover.
Commission members found the revisions met local bylaw requirements. The Commission also reviewed the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments' Open Space and Recreation Plan, presented by Meghan Tenhoff, which includes goals for infrastructure improvements, accessibility, farmland preservation, community engagement, and climate resilience. Alan Starbird's motion to close the hearing and approve the Order of Conditions passed unanimously.
