DUNSTABLE — The Conservation Commission approved its 10-year Open Space and Recreation Plan for 2026 to 2036 and continued two project hearings to April 13. The Commission unanimously backed the OSRP, with Kate DeLoureiro moving and Bridgette Pontbriand seconding the motion; the plan will be forwarded to the Massachusetts Division of Conservation Services. The Commission continued a Notice of Intent hearing on a proposed 48-unit MCO & Associates residential development at 164 Pleasant Street, pending a Department of Environmental Protection file number.

The panel extended a Request for Determination of Applicability hearing on the Groton Water Department's water-main expansion affecting PFAS-contaminated properties. Chair Alan Chaney was appointed to a Select Board ad hoc committee regarding 476 Main Street.
