Conservation Commission issued a Certificate of Compliance and continued two major project hearings.

Conservation Commission · Meeting of October 13, 2026

DUNSTABLE — Conservation Commission issued a Certificate of Compliance and continued two major project hearings. Chair Alan Chaney oversaw the issuance, approved unanimously, for 211 Off Pond Street after a site inspection confirmed substantial compliance with approved plans for gravel driveway, revised retaining walls, and pervious walkways. The Commission continued hearings for a proposed single-family residence with wetland crossing at 309-315 Main Street and a new septic system at 215 Pleasant Street until October 26, both awaiting Department of Environmental Protection file numbers.

Invasive species treatments were completed at all scheduled conservation locations including Salmon Brook.
